Το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο ‘Ανδρου κτίσθηκε το 1981 με σχέδια του αρχιτέκτονα Στάμου Παπαδάκη και με τη χορηγία του Ιδρύματος Βασίλη και Ελίζας Γουλανδρή.
Φιλοξενεί ευρήματα από τον γεωμετρικό οικισμό της Ζαγοράς, καθώς και επιγραφές και γλυπτά προερχόμενα από διάφορες θέσεις της Άνδρου που χρονολογούνται από την αρχαϊκή εποχή έως την περίοδο της Ενετοκρατίας. Στο Μουσείο εκτίθεται επίσης ένα από τα αντίτυπα της Χάρτας του Ρήγα Φεραίου.
Archaeological Museum of Chora, Andros
The Archaeological Museum of Andros was designed by Stamos Papadakis and built in 1981 with a donation of the Basili’s and Eliza Goulandri’s Foundation and hosts findings from the geometric settlement of Zagora, as well as inscriptions and sculptures from various sites of Andros dating from the Archaic era to the Venetian period. One of the copies of the Charter of Riga Feraios is also exhibited in the Museum.
