The Aggeliki Chatzimichali Museum of Folk Art and Tradition has been operating since 1980 and is housed in the old mansion of the first Greek folklorist Aggeliki Chatzimichali (1895-1965) in Plaka.

The Museum collections include folk art, wood carving, metalwork, pottery, traditional costumes, embroidery, and carpet looms.

Στο Μουσείο διοργανώνονται περιοδικές εκθέσεις καθώς και εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα μουσειακής αγωγής όλων των σχολικών βαθμίδων. Επίσης διαθέτει λαογραφική βιβλιοθήκη, επισκέψιμη για μελετητές-ερευνητές.
